WHAT TO EXPECT WITH SHIPPING:

HOW SOON DO YOU SHIP?
TORK CNC warehouses all their machines and parts in house to maximize efficient shipping times. Each CNC machine is typically built to custom specifications which usually takes 1-2 weeks to build and QA. After that the number of machines already in queue will determine how soon we will ship your machine. We usually have our machines out the door no later than 3-4 weeks.

Transit times are relative to your proximity to central Florida. PLEASE CALL US TO GET THE LATEST SHIPPING ETA ON YOUR MACHINE OR ACCESSORIES. If you have a time-sensitive need please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to create a solution.

HOW DO WE SHIP?
We utilize both FedEX and UPS for shipping small pack accessories. For CNC machines, we utilize several trusted flatbed freight carriers who specialize in heavier hauls for securing the most competitive rate as well as for ensuring safe transportation.? We cannot guarantee equipment will arrive without damage.? For that reason, TORK CNC products offer optional freight insurance which will cover any damage or loss during transport.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship to the lower 48 states and Canada. For Canadian shipments we will work with your broker. TORK CNC is not responsible for any customs and taxes as a result of the transport to your location. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We also ship to residential addresses but due to liability we do not back down residential driveways.

HOW IS THE MACHINE OFFLOADED ONCE IT ARRIVES?
Upon arrival, it is the responsibility of the client to offload the machine from the flatbed in a timely manner. Depending on the machine weights can range from 2,500 to 7,500 lbs. Of course we are here to help and Tork can help with determining what size forklift will be needed.

WHAT IF THE MACHINE OR PART ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Tork utilizes the services of trusted 3rd party shipping and LTL freight companies. Damage or even loss caused by these companies are out of our control. However, we will work on your behalf to make things right.? All claims for loss or damaged equipment must be notified to Tork CNC within twenty-four hours of? receipt of delivery.? NOTE: Equipment shipped that is covered by freight insurance will allow us file the damage or loss claim on your behalf and in turn replace your machine.
